Product information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Comments and feedback about product effectiveness are based on customer, staff and advisor  opinions and should not be substituted for medical care. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have any questions about a particular health condition.

How do you select the products on your site? We screen all products available on our website through a specific curation process. With the opinions of experienced obstetrician gynecologist, dermatologists and alternative wellness specialist we select a wide range of safe and beneficial products. You can help us improve our offerings by sharing your customer feedback and reviews.

What does pH balanced mean? The pH number measures on a scale of 0 to 14 based on how acidic or alkaline something is – anything less than 7 is acidic, anything above 7 is alkaline (or basic). Pure water has a pH of 7, which is neutral. You might be surprised to learn that skin does not have a neutral pH. In fact, pH can vary based on the part of the body, and even from person to person. pH-balanced products are formulated to be in tune with the areas on which they are used. 

What about allergic reactions? Remember to read the product labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. As with any product, if you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs. Intimate Wellness Shop is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.

    What is your return policy? Do to the nature of the bulk of our products we are unable to accept returns on most products. For items eligible for return our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    What if my merchandise is defective? If your item has arrived damaged or is otherwise not working properly please email within 2 days of receipt with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you.

    Do you ship to PO boxes? Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes at this time.

    How does my order come packed? Your order will arrive in discreet, plain packaging from with no indication of what’s inside.

    Where do you Ship? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

    When can I expect my order? US standard shipping generally takes 3-8 business days.
