Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer a replacement or a merchandise credit for certain circumstances. Please note the Intimate Wellness Shop, Inc. is not responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been made.

If you have any problems, please email us at info@intimatewellnessshop.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. To be eligible for replacement or merchandise credit of damaged items they must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
